Fancy Costume Terms And Conditions
The following are Fancy Costume terms and conditions on which we, Fancy Costume agree to sell you, the Customer/Buyer our goods.
Goods are typically ordered online through our website http://www.fancycostume.ie/ and paid for using secure Internet service providers. The Customer may wish to order over the phone or through email and forward a draft/cheque as advance payment for the requested goods. In all cases goods will be sent to the Customer only after full payment has been received. If payment is by draft/cheque we will send the goods only after the cheque has cleared. In the event that we are unable to obtain payment for goods requested, we shall notify the Customer of such difficulties and proceed to withhold the delivery of any goods related to the relevant order/s. Please note that any import duties that are due to customers from outside the EU are the full responsibility of the customer and not Fancy Costume. Fancy Costume will hold many costumes in stock but may require a restock to supply certain orders. We aim to ship goods with 1 working day of receipt of payment for goods(Weekends not included). We will however ship goods within same day where the order is placed by the latest shipment time as per our delivery terms. The payment for these deliveries shall be funded by the Customer and paid for in advance. From time to time you may see an insufficient stock message upon checkout of multiple quantity orders. Please contact us for the earliest delivery date of the required items. Returns Policy Fancy Costume operates a customer care policy. Please ensure you check the item size details (size guide if none specified) before making a purchase. Every shipment is checked for correctness and condition of goods and packaging before dispatch to the Customer. If the Customer is unhappy with the goods and feel they should be returned, they must inform Fancy Costume of the problem, in writing or by email ( info@fancycostume.ie ), of the intention to do so immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please note that a phone call is not adequate to return any items. The Customer should not return any goods until confirmation and/or RMA number have been supplied by Fancy Costume. The customer must return the goods to Fancy Costume within 7 days of the initial receipt of the order and should include the Fancy Costume return confirmation number in the package. Goods received after this 7 day period will only be eligible for credit note (valid for 6 months) and not refund. Returns postage and packaging is to be paid for by the customer. We will then review your complaint and respond as soon as possible to try resolve any problems. Note:- If the Customer has opened any goods we will only refund those goods if they have not been worn(except trying on goods), used or damaged in any manner. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received to obtain a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. For orders where a discount equivalent to the shipping cost has been provided free of charge by Fancy Costume, any refunds will be given less the discount value if the order total falls below the offer discount threshold as a result of that return.Unfortunately, for hygene reasons,wigs, lingerie and pet costumes are non-refundable. Goods which are returned that fail our returns inspection process will be marked as damaged and the customer will be notified of such damage in writing. Fancy Costume cannot be held responsible for goods damaged by the customer and subsequently returmed. If the Customer decides to cancel an order, the order must be cancelled by contacting Fancy Costume before dispatch of the goods. Fancy Costume will notify the customer whether despatch has taken place at that point. If despatch has taken place, the Customer will still be liable for full payment. It is the customer's responsibility to have someone in attendance at the delivery address provided in the delivery details. Fancy Costume cannot ask postal/courier services to deliver tp other addresses if there is nobody present at time of delivery. If the customer requires a redelivery, payment must be paid for in advance by the customer. Fancy Costume recommend that the customer uses a postal/courier service for any returns in the unlikely event that damage occurs in transit. Warranties and Liability Goods And Services The Customer does not own the goods until they are paid for in full. Once the goods are paid for and shipped from Fancy Costume, the liability for those goods transfers to the Customer/Courier/Postal service. Website The Customer/User expressly agrees to use this website at their own sole risk. Fancy Costume will not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of this website by the customer or any third parties connected with the customer either directly or indirectly to this website. This loss includes but is not limited to, computer damages via viruses, hacking, spam, phishing and other software corruption via email or otherwise.
Please note that no information regarding a child under 18 years of age should be sent to our site, including for shipment purposes. It is a requirement of Fancy Costume that all purchases are made by an adult over 18 years of age. Copyright All content included in this site is the property of Fancy Costume.
